Ara (“altar”, in Latin) was named after the Ara constellation (in ancient times called Ara Centauri), which in turn alludes to the altar of Zeus, where the gods of Olympus exchanged vows before the battle with the Titans. This bottle in crystal and glass, attesting to mythological times, encapsulates a rare glow in its deep azure shade, sprinkled with small stars and topped by a lushly carved stopper and a gold bottleneck conveying the meaning of the piece.
